In Argentina, Asados are not just a part of the culture - it's a way of life. Asados often last all day and are held at someone's house with multiple grills being lit to enjoy delicious cuts of beef and pork as well as red wine. They traditionally serve organ meat like mollejas, (sweet breads) rinones, (kidneys) and chinchulines, (intestines.) Whether you are that adventurous or not with your menu, an asado grill is sure to create a unique experience with family and friends that cannot be matched by traditional store-bought backyard grills!
Our Asado live fire grill comes as bare bones as a fire brick lined grill with a large cooking grate to serve the masses. There are four strategically placed brackets that allow you to add some very unique accessories like our Yakitori racking, Santa Maria or Cross basket!
