The Slinger open fire cooker is designed for the backyard cook that wants to maintain a fire similar to an offset but without taking up the same amount of space. You can add coals or wood throughout the cook and maintaining temperature is extremely simple with the front and rear draft slides. 
 
Made of 12 gauge steel with a firebrick lined bottom for heat retention and longevity. The Slinger features a single cooking grate and fire grate which can be moved up for high heat direct grilling.
